We need to talk about what vitamin b actually does for us. We also need to know how to take them and the side affects. Is it better taken by the pill form or are water soluble vitamins the best? Let us first find out what they do for our bodies. Most of the B-vitamins play a critical role as cofactors in cellular energy metabolism. B-vitamins are important for hundreds of biochemical reactions in the body.
